For example, we have an Employee Consultative Committee comprised of employee representatives, who meet with representatives from the senior management team (including Directors) to discuss any work-related issues or concerns raised by staff.
Employees are kept informed on the success of the Company, and future plans through regular staff presentations that are hosted by the senior management team.
